Shaw Trust is thrilled to share that we are a finalist on The Learning and Performance Institute’s Learning Awards, for our JETS Induction Programme.
The Learning and Performance Institute arrange ‘The Learning Awards’, an annual event to recognise innovation and achievement in global workplace learning.
Lisa Bateson, Learning and Development Business Partner at Shaw Trust, entered the JETS Induction Programme into the ‘Onboarding Programme of the Year’ category. This award is presented to an organisation that has built an exemplary and effective onboarding programme. Candidates should demonstrate consistent high quality and innovation as well as defined and measured impact on the organisation.
We are delighted to announce that Shaw Trust has been selected as one of eight finalists. The other finalists are:

- Barclays.
- Johnson and Johnson.
- Philip Morris International (PMI).
- Serco.
- Webhelp.
The next step is to present to the judges in November. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at Grosvenor House in London on 17 February 2022.
