Employment Advisor WHP JETS
As a WHP JETS Employment Advisor you will be providing advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. This will be mainly delivered remotely via phone, video conference and other digital channels.
Reporting to a Team Leader the role holder will be expected to manage a caseload of participants, managing their journey to employment, offer advice and direction to enable participants to access support they need. The role will also involve re-building participant confidence and self-efficacy following a period on unemployment.
Team Leader WHP JETS
The WHP JETS Team Leader role is integral to the success of our employment programmes, to ensure our staff integrate in multi-disciplinary teams and work together to provide regular, high quality support to participants. The role requires an engaging, empathetic and motivating individual, with the ability to support staff to achieve day-to-day performance. The Team Leaders will develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the effective management of staff caseloads.
This role is perfect for individuals with proven leadership skills and experience of leading and supporting customer focused teams. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a solution focussed approach, target driven and be highly organised. Working in a fast pace environment.
Reporting in to Regional Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing and assist the Regional Delivery Manager in the day to day management and support of the teams.
Employer Account Manager WHP JETS
Reporting directly to the Regional Employer Manager. The WHP-JETS Employer Account Manager role is responsible for winning, developing and retaining key employer partnerships to support the contractual requirements of the WHP-JETS programme.
The post holder will work in conjunction with Operational teams to provide employer relationship management to drive performance objectives, deliver sales tools, manage accounts, support recruitment initiatives, and drive employment outcomes for participants.
Initial Engagement Team Leader WHP JETS
The WHP JETS Initial Engagement Team Leader role is integral to the success of our employment programme, ensuring the Initial Engagement Team develop and maintain close working relationships with Shaw Trust Team Leaders and Employment Advisors to expand engagement opportunities for participants especially when engaging participants to start on the JETs programme.
This role is perfect for an individual with experience of leading and supporting customer focused teams. The role requires a driven individual, motivated to succeed with the ability to achieve day-to-day KPI performance. The role holder will be expected to manage a team of Engagement Advisors with a key target of increasing the number of engaged participants to start on programme within contractual expectations across the CPA.
Initial Engagement Advisor WHP JETS
As a WHP JETS Initial Engagement Advisor you will be an excellent communicator who will be required to develop and maintain working relationships working directly with Shaw Trust Employment Advisors and Team Leaders to expand engagement opportunities for participants but most notably ensuring a high standard of service to participants starting on the JETS provision.
The role requires an engaging, empathetic, and motivating individual, with the ability to achieve day-to-day KPI performance. The role holder will be expected to manage a diary of newly referred participants from our stakeholders and engage them successfully on to provision and to re-engage with dis-engaged participants to ensure they have full opportunity of the services on offer. The role will involve increasing the number of participants starting on program from JCP referrals so they can engage with our services quickly and efficiently. Liaising with Shaw Trust Employment Advisors, Customers Service Team and Team Leaders across the Contract Package Area.
Integration Liaison Officer – WLA WHP JETS
Reporting directly to the Integration Manager. The role will be aimed at supporting the performance of the expanded West London Alliance Work & Health Programme Job Entry – Targeted Support (WLA WHP JETS) Programme.
The role of the Integration Liaison Officer WLA WHP JETS is to ensure an effective integration of services between the Local Authority, wider borough services and providers and the West London Alliance employment programmes, with the aim of creating a “single front door” approach that will ultimately assist residents into suitable employment.
Customer Support Officer – Operations (WHP-JETS)
Reporting directly to our Regional Delivery Manager. The Customer Support Officer-Operations will manage and process participant funding requests, training requests and other required data requests from participants who are active or in work on the Work and Health Programme Job Entry: Targeted Support (WHP-JETS) provision. This will include processing requests from Employment Advisors, Team Leaders and Regional Delivery Managers ensuring that the data input process and accuracy is adhered to including maintaining and updating the internal systems and liaising with participants and staff members where required.
Generate reports where required and to also ensure that orders completed are up to date and inline with our spend and qualification systems including liaising with supply chain partners where required.
